Ingredients
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup ice
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 cup spinach
- Juice from 1 orange
Instructions
