Good Green Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Juice from 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Blend it all up, adjust according to preference (add more ice, fruit, etc.) and enjoy!
